Kinh nghiệm Target làm sao cho đúng




- Tôi thấy rất nhiều bạn đăng bài hỏi vì sao quảng cáo không hiệu quả, toàn like nhưng không có cmt, không ra đơn hàng trong khi target quá chung chung đại loại như bán mỹ phẩm thì target nữ, thích mua sắm, làm đẹp, spa, tuổi từ 18-25. Xin nói thật với các bạn, nếu target như vậy mà bán được hàng thì thằng ăn mày nó cũng làm được. Các bạn nhìn sang bên phải thấy FB nó ghi “Số người tiếp cận tiềm năng” mà cỡ 5-700 ngìn người trở lên thì coi như là bạn thua rồi, khỏi cần chạy chi cho mệt. Trong group này cũng như trên mạng có quá nhiều bài chia sẻ hay về cách target đúng đối tượng mà các bạn không chịu đọc. Các bạn phải nghiên cứu kỹ thói quen, sở thích của khách hàng, sau đó khi chạy ads phải căn cứ vào mấy cái đó mà suy luận.
- Ví dụ tôi bán sơmi nam công sở giá 400k/cái. Tôi target như sau
+ Nam tuổi từ 24-28 (Vì sao tôi không target từ 18t và trên 28t thì các bạn tự nghĩ sẽ biết)
+ Nơi ở là nơi trung tâm (trung tâm thành phố, thị xã...vì vùng nông thôn, vùng sâu thì mấy ai mặc sơmi công sở.)
+ Vì áo giá 400k/chiếc nên để loại người không có điều kiện mua hoặc trẻ trâu tôi sẽ chọn những người có thu nhập khá. Vậy tôi chỉ chạy quảng cáo trên điện thoại đắt tiền. Nhưng không phải ai có điện thoại đắt tiền thì đều có tiền. Vậy tôi chọn tiếp những người thích hoặc quan tâm tới những nhãn hàng hiệu tầm trung, những người thích những quán cafe nổi tiếng. (Tôi chọn chạy ads ở HCM nên tôi gõ vào, các quán nổi tiếng như Starbucks, Mcdonald, Highland coffee, ngoài ra tôi target luôn cả tên rạp chiếu phim lớn vào vì dân công sở ở tuổi 24-28 cũng rất thích xem phim). Tôi cũng chọn những người có quan tâm tới những nhà hàng, khách sạn, resort tầm trung trở lên. (Đây cũng là sở thích của dân công sở )
+ Tôi cho quảng cáo chạy vào buổi tối từ 19h-22h30 (vì dân công sở chẳng có mấy ai thức khuya). Sáng tôi chạy từ 7h-8h30, trưa từ 11h-13h. Vì đây là khung giờ mà dân công sở có thể online, ở khung giờ ban ngày này tôi chỉ phân phối cho đối tượng kết nối wifi. Online khung giờ đó mà là wifi thì phần lớn là dân công sở vì dân công sở đi làm họ thường dùng wifi công ty.
=> Bằng cách trên tôi có thể loại phần lớn được trẻ trâu và những đối tượng không phải khách hàng tiềm năng.
+ Để nhắm chính xác tôi tiếp tục chọn đối tượng có mối quan tâm đến giày tây, kế toán, IT, luật, nhân sự, thiết kế, tài chính, ngân hàng, BĐS (có thế các bạn nghĩ mấy cái đó liên quan quái gì tới áo sơ mi công sở. Xin thưa có thằng NV văn phòng mặc somi nào mà đeo dép lào, giày bata không hay là nó đeo giày tây. Vậy nghĩa là nó ít nhiều sẽ có sở thích, hành vi tìm kiếm, mua sắm liên quan tới giày tây. Còn mấy cái như kế toán, luật, thiết kế thì liên quan gì? Xin thưa làm văn phòng thì chủ yếu là làm vế mấy cái đó chứ làm gì? Có thằng nào làm nghề Kế toán mà nó không có sở thích, hành vi tìm kiếm liên quan đến kế toán không? Mà sao FB nó biết ai thích gì, tìm kiếm gì? Xin thưa không phải nó dựa hoàn toàn vào cái profile hoặc việc bạn like trang nào. Mà nó phần lớn dựa vào việc bạn lên mạng hay vào trang web nào, tìm kiếm cái gì, xem cái gì. Bạn không tin bạn cầm điện thoại hoặc máy tính rồi vào google tìm kiếm từ khóa "resort vũng tàu", "đặt phòng khách sạn", "kem chống nằng"..v.v. xem sao. Đảm bảo chỉ cần 30p sau bạn online FB bằng cái đt hoặc máy tính vừa nãy xem FB nó có nhảy lên mấy cái quảng cáo liên quan đến nội dung bạn vừa tìm trên google không)
Trên đây chỉ là 1 ví dụ nhỏ, tất nhiên muốn hiệu quả hơn nữa thì còn có những cách để target sâu hơn nữa. Qua bài viết tôi chỉ muốn nói rằng các bạn bán hàng thì phải hiểu khách hàng, biết họ muốn gì, thích gì. Thậm chí bạn phải biết họ thích ăn gì, uống gì, chơi gì, ngủ giờ nào, thức giờ nào, giờ nào hay online Fb rồi sau đó suy luận để lọc được đúng đối tượng cũng như chặn được những người không mong muốn. Bán kem chống nắng thì cứ kiếm mấy cô gái sắp đi du lịch, sắp đi biển mà chạy quảng cáo. Sao biết ư? Với Fb thì điều đó không khó. Chứ cứ target chung chung thì thằng ăn mày nó cũng làm được

Hiện nay mình chạy ads dạo cũng gần 2 năm. Từ việc chạy ads theo mỗi audience có sẵn từ quét UID thì giờ cũng có chút kinh nghiệm trong việc chạy quảng cáo cho chính bản thân.
Từ bán điện thoại, áo, khoá học tiếng anh đều chiến cả nên gọi là có chút huyết dành cho anh chị em.
Mình thấy nhiều anh chị bán son chẳng hạn hay target sở thích kiểu. Lipstick, son môi, son..,…
Bán đồ cho nữ thì sở thích: Mua sắm, shopping, mẹ và bé, làm cha mẹ…
Bán keo vuốt tóc thì target: Tóc, keo vuốt tóc, sáp..
Cá nhân mình thấy và đánh giá kiểu target bán gì gõ cái sở thích ấy là quá sai lầm. (đính chính lại chút là gõ chung chung kiểu như Tóc, xe, nhà hàng, mua sắm...)
Mình từng bán áo phông, bán cho dân biker. Với doanh số bán vui vui nhé không tập trung vì mình chủ yếu bán điện thoại và đi học thì tầm 150 -200 cái/ tháng, 20k-30k/ 1 đơn, lãi ròng 100k/1 sản phẩm. Thì mình đã có những target riêng và thử nghiệm rất nhiều lần và cho độ chính xác cao.
Nếu một bạn bình thường mới chạy có thể sẽ nghĩ target các sở thích như áo phông, xe, áo phông xe đua..….
Tất nhiên target như thế ko sai, nhưng chắc chắn không chuẩn.
Phân tích một chút nhé.
Áo của mình thiên về logo hãng xe, biểu tượng xe phân khối lớn. Vậy ai là người thích?
Tất nhiên chủ yếu là nam giới ngon hơn là những ông có xe hãng ấy luôn.
Giá áo khoảng 300 không rẻ cho các mẫu áo phông. Vậy độ tuổi là bao nhiêu?
Dân chơi xe và có xe là những người đã đi làm, có tiền thì mới chơi xe và mua áo giá cao, vậy độ tuổi là >22. Độ tuổi cao nhất đang dùng facebook mình giảm xuống 35 để thích hợp với việc mua hàng online. Độ tuổi này, chơi xe thì ông nào cũng to con, size áo mình đặt chủ yếu M trở lên.
Location: Mình tìm hiểu chút về phân vùng biker ở VN xem tỉnh nào, thành phố nào có nhiều người chơi. Mình target chủ yếu Hà Nội và các tỉnh lớn phía nam, vì phong trào biker trong ấy cao và việc chi tiền mạnh tay hơn nhiều so với miền bắc.
Target đến đây thì vẫn còn mấy triệu người, chạy ads làm sao cho đủ tiền. Tiếp tục rút gọn tập khách hàng xuống.
Họ thích xe, họ mê xe đương nhiên họ sẽ tham gia các diễn đàn xe cộ rồi.
UID cấm vậy làm sao để tìm được họ?
Chơi xe phải biết tên xe, phải biết hãng xe, phải có máu me đua xe, tốc độ
Thử ngay tên các loại xe PKL: DUCATI, KAWASAKI…sâu hơn là từng dòng như Ducati monster, z1000, 1199…Họ là biker thì target luôn từ Bikers. Thêm tên vài dòng xe khác vào nữa
Hoặc thêm vài từ liên quan như: PHƯỢT, OTOFUN, BIKERVIETNAM… cứ gõ xem nó cho thì tốt. Điều quan trọng là phải nghĩ chính xác những gì nó thật sự liên quan chặt chẽ.
Sau đó nhìn sang phần like page.
Các pages họ like là gì?
Ố Ồ. Có vẻ đúng hướng rồi, test ads thôi 
Thật ra ads chiếm 50% thành công nếu chạy chuẩn. 50% Còn lại ở sản phẩm của bạn có gì hay ho không có gì đặc biệt không, content đủ để họ click không. Bạn tìm đúng ngừoi nhưng bạn bán cái họ không thích thì không thể bán được.
Mình thấy nhiều bạn chọn những sản phẩm mà họ có thể mua ở bất cứ đâu, bạn bảo của tôi rẻ, tôi hậu mãi ngon này nọ,nhưng bạn nên hiểu rằng muốn bán ngon bạn cũng phải ‘’TÌM’’ đồ ngon mà bán. Làm bao lâu mình thấy cạnh tranh về giá là cách đường cùng nhất. Muốn làm lâu dài phải tạo ra khác biệt, nhập hàng trăm mẫu đồng hồ về bán giá bèo bèo cũng chưa chắc bằng 1 bạn chỉ nhập 1 mẫu nhưng là mẫu mà ai cũng muốn.
Nhiều bạn inbox hỏi mình hỏi cách target đồ bạn ấy đang bán, nói thật mình đếch biết đâu, biết được hết đã giàu. Bạn muốn bán được bạn phải hiểu được đã, hiểu bạn đang bán gì cho ai ắt bạn sẽ tìm ra target đúng. Công cụ thì cũng chỉ có thế, ai cũng giống ai, cũng mấy bước như nhau, quan trọng bạn phải tìm ra ngách mà đi.
Ví dụ bán đồ hiệu nữ.
Ai mua được?
Con nhà giàu, mấy bà trung tuổi giàu. Nhà giàu nó like cái gì, nó sống khu nào, Royal, vincom,..
Học trường nào? Vinschool, trường quốc tế..
Tuổi mua được là bao nhiêu, sản phẩm ấy dành cho tuổi nào…
Diễn đàn đồ hiệu là gì, trang web đồ hiệu ra sao? Authentic.vn, Hơ mẹt, gu xì...
Địa điểm muốn bán ở đâu thì khoanh vào, có target khoanh vùng đấy, chọn khu nào xịn mà khoanh
Target xong nhìn phần like pages thấy họ like đúng những thứ mình đang cần thì có vẻ là chuẩn rồi, test thôi.
Tất nhiên target sâu dành cho các sản phẩm có độ riêng biệt cao, chứ những sản phẩm kiểu như quần áo nam, nữ chung chung thì xác định là dạng rộng ra, viết content cho nó chất, giá tốt, bắt mắt chứ bảo em target cái này chắc em chịu
Chung chung kiểu như thế, tuỳ đồ mà nghĩ cho đúng. Mình làm thế lâu nay và nói thật chưa lần nào lỗ cả, chỉ là kiếm được bao nhiêu. Mình muốn chốt lại là: Muốn target chuẩn thì bạn hiểu sản phẩm như đi guốc trong bụng ấy ắt sẽ thành công. Đ’ đi tắt được đâu, Đ’ phải qua tàu khựa nhập 1 đống hàng giá rẻ về, chạy ads bùng là bán được đâu. Cách đây 2-3 năm chắc đúng, chứ giờ ông chạy ads tôi cũng chạy được, ông rẻ tôi còn rẻ hơn…đừng cố nhanh. Test đi test lại, bỏ chất xám mới ra tiền được.

Hướng dẫn reg nét Android thành công
